Shipping Methods

• All orders are handled and shipped through Sendcloud, ensuring access to a wide range of reliable courier services for domestic and international deliveries.

• The best courier option will be selected based on your location, the size, and the weight of your order.

Delivery Timeline

• As each furniture piece is custom-crafted, delivery timelines include both production and shipping time:

• Production Time: Typically 4–6 weeks, depending on the design’s complexity.

• Shipping Time:

• Domestic: 3–7 business days

• International: 7–14 business days

• You’ll receive an estimated delivery date once your order is processed and shipped.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping fees are calculated during the checkout or quotation process based on the item’s weight, dimensions, and destination.

• International customers should note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Tracking

• Through Sendcloud, you’ll receive tracking updates as soon as your order is dispatched.

• A tracking link will be provided via email, allowing you to monitor the shipment status in real time.

Packaging

• All furniture is securely packaged using premium materials to ensure protection during transit.

• For fragile or oversized items, we use reinforced packaging to minimize any risk of damage.

Damages or Issues

• While we strive to ensure safe delivery, if your order arrives damaged:

• Inspect your package upon delivery and notify us within 48 hoursof receipt.

• Provide photos of the damage so we can initiate a claim with the courier and resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or repair.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

At Micarelli Design, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a return and exchange policy under the following conditions.

Return & Exchange Policy

•Returns are accepted for defective products only.

•Products must be in new and unused condition.

Return & Exchange Window

•Items must be returned or exchanged within 10 days of the delivery date.

Return & Exchange Method

•Returns and exchanges can be processed by mail or in-store where applicable.

Return Shipping Responsibility

•Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

•A prepaid return label is not provided by Micarelli Design.

Restocking Fees

•No restocking fees apply to returned items.

Refund Processing Time

•Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the returned item is received and inspected.
