• All products are handmade and may have slight variations in color, finish, or size, which are part of their unique character.

• Orders are confirmed only after full payment or a deposit (as agreed upon during the quotation process).
• Payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other options provided at checkout.
• Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
3. Production and Delivery
• Production timelines are typically 4–6 weeksbut may vary depending on the complexity of the design.
• Shipping timelines and costs are calculated at checkout or during the quotation process.
• Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, customs clearance) are not the responsibility of Micarelli Design.
4. Returns and Refunds
• As all pieces are custom-made, returns are not accepted unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
• In the event of damage, customers must notify us within 48 hoursof delivery, providing photos and a detailed description of the issue.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business daysof confirmation.
5. Intellectual Property
• All designs, images, and content on the Micarelli Design website are the intellectual property of Micarelli Design and cannot be used or reproduced without permission.
